On-Site Design Review
An in-person, on-site review of an existing home's design and layout. We will review in detail your wants and needs for a home, as well as any current issues or constraints. This will inform recommendations on possible and practical updates, upgrades, renovations, and/or additions to meet your needs.
30 to 60 minutes depending on the scale and scope of the home and the potential project.
Schematic Design
Provide detailed design ideas, information, and advice to move your project to the next stage of the process. Each project is unique, but these services can include: existing floor plan drawings, updated plan drawings, building and zoning code research, and exterior sketches or renderings. This will help inform your next steps decisions and any required referrals to other professionals.

Provide recommendations and referrals to other design professionals - such as architects and interior designers - to take your projects to the next stage.

Represent and assist homeowners in managing the design process, working with other consultants and designers, and/or contractors.
